Have you ever had one of
THOSE days when:
*Just because you vacuumed, Murphy's Law states that someone in your house has to get glitter all over your carpet?
*Your middle child makes an annoying noise every three seconds just because she can?
*You realize that the bags under your eyes that you thought were from lack of sleep are actually now a permanent part of your face? And the make-up that used to make you feel so young now just seeps into your wrinkles, exaggerating every single one of them?
*You feel like your going to throw up during your entire workout?
*There is never enough money, but always plenty of needs/wants?
*Your oldest child is so dramatic that even her hair can hurt?
*Your dramatic child lists every other person she'd like to have as a mom beside you?
*Your two oldest daughters first comment every day after school is "Mom, did you know that so and so is only in 5th grade and has WAY bigger boobs than you?!"?
*You have to make the nastiest threats . . . and follow through with them (i.e., a certain child of yours won't stop fighting and arguing with you, so they have to go in the garage for time-out at 9:30 at night as to not wake up her siblings)?
*The sweet little boy in your kid fitness class asks you over and over "why you got worms in your legs?" And "Teacher, why do you do your hair like that
EVERY day?"
*Your daughters explain to you that you have to "date" by the time you are in fifth grade to be cool, and cry because you won't let them anyway?
*Your house has a mysterious condition that produces a mess in every room every time you turn your back?
*The swear word that you said in front of your kids now comes back to haunt you - and is used in the right context . . . at you?
*Your new pet name from one of your sweet children becomes "dumb, poopy-head mother?"
*You're sure that being a mom is the hardest thing you'll ever do, and you might consider quitting - just for a little while?
*You crave chocolate so bad that you even eat the disgusting semi-sweet chocolate chips hiding in the back of your pantry?
No? Me either. Just wondering . . .It's a good thing they are
SO cute and lovable!
