Prom!

Our beautiful Camryn is off to Prom!

This chalk art piece is incredible.  Due to weather, and a little fighting (or a lot), the girls weren't able to finish this one completely, but the detail they put into each character on this drawing is unreal. The little Moana is one of my most favorite faces they've ever done!

 

Ice Skating

We spent a fun day at Peak Arena Ice Skating rink with the girls and their cute friends!

Snowshoeing

I went snowshoeing with a friend and had so much fun that I wanted to take the girls and Rod to try it out - it wasn't quite the same experience! 😆

We went to the back of Mount Timpanogos. The wind was blowing snow everywhere and it was COLD! The snow was icy, which made it hard to walk on. 

We had some good laughs, a few tears, and a lot of adventure!

This might be an activity we'll try again when the girls are either older - or when there's less wind!

Owl

One day, we noticed something moving in the house being built behind us. We went outside to get a closer look and realized it was an OWL! He was beautiful! He just sat and watched us as we gawked over him and got closer and closer for pictures!

We were told that owls are our spirit guides. "Owls are seen as protectors, and their presence could be viewed as a sign that you are being watched over during a challenging time. In some cultures, an owl near your home is also believed to be a harbinger of change."

Temple Square Choir Concert

Camryn had another amazing Christmas choir concert at Temple Square and at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building. 

She has made such great friends through choir! It was so fun to watch them perform together! 

My favorite is always the Hallelujah Chorus.

 

Arizona!

Having Traci live so far away stinks, but going to visit her is always so much fun! 

She makes every trip and visit so special! She knows all of the unique and delicious restaurants and fun shopping spots! The best part is just spending time with her!

Citrus trees fascinate me since it's not something we get to see in Utah! 
They smell SO good!

Traci decorates everything so cute for the holidays!

Traci and Greg took me to the coolest garden. 

It was all lit up and decorated for Christmas!

They also took me to the place they got married and love - Sedona!

It was so fun to see - it was like Park City and Moab had a baby and created Sedona!

Best big sister ever!
