We just picked apples from an orchard too and we have more than I think we'll get through! The most fabulous apple dip: cream cheese, brown sugar and a little milk to thin it. Just to your liking- you can do more or less sweet. It's soooo good and addicting. I guess you could always bottle them, but that's no fun. Have a happy Fall break!!
