Bear Lake is such an incredible place!
We had the best time together as a family and with a few bonus kids!
We got there late Thursday afternoon and had to hit the lake (of course)! The sky was getting pretty dark, but as long as it wasn't lightning, we were okay . . .
The sky got darker and the lightning started and it was time to get off the lake - fast!
The wind picked up and we got SO lucky! We got the boat off with no issues and right before the storm fully hit! Others were not so lucky! Rod and Brantson hung out at the marina helping people for a while!
We had good weather for the most part for the rest of the trip - a few more rainstorms hit, but we made the best of them with games, soda taste testing, a little shopping, and watching the Summer Olympics!
Rod found us the cutest VRBO right in Garden City!
We were able to walk to the main street where the stores and places to eat are!
Shocker - I took HUNDREDS of pictures, but tried my best to limit them!
As always, we laughed our heads off and made so many fun memories!
We can't wait to go back!
