Day 5
Today, we left behind Madrid and took a three hour train ride to our next destination . . . Barcelona!
Once we arrived, we went to a restaurant with Auto-Owners for lunch. The meal was . . . interesting! We did eat some Paella that was delicious though! We went on a walking tour (mostly to kill time until our rooms were ready) to familiarize us with the area. We walked along a beautiful beach and then checked into our hotel.
Our room was INSANE! We stayed on the 29th floor and felt like royalty! The view was incredible!
Once we got checked in, we met up with our friends and walked into town to check out a street market that was going on. All of us girls found some cute things and spent too much money on dried fruit!
There was also a carnival going on, so we walked through that and found the craziest yachts docked behind it! We saw one that cost 500 million dollars.
We went to dinner at a cool restaurant and had yummy pizza! We walked back down the pier to our hotel and decided to call it a night. There was a drone show going on, so we pulled open our curtains and watched it from our window! It was our most lowkey day, but we still managed to walk SO much!
