Spring!

Rod's uncle passed away and we decided to go the viewing the night before the funeral. On the way home, I got a bug and asked Rod if we could stop and see the blossoms at the Utah State Capitol. 

The trees were covered! There were SO many people there, but it was fun to people watch and walk through the canopies of spring blossoms! It was beautiful and so refreshing to see color back in the world after such a gray winter!

Carsyn and I took a little field trip to Salt Lake to see the 

blossoms at the State Capitol!  

They were beautiful!

I had heard about Gilgal Sculpture Garden for a while, but had never been before, 
so I talked Carsyn into going with me. 

It was seriously one of the weirdest places either of us have ever been.   

We laughed that Carsyn was finally taller than something!

I still have no idea what the point of this is . . .
