Horseback Riding and Waterfalls

Today, we rode horses - if that's what you want to call them - to a "waterfall and natural pool." Poor things were so small and malnourished and GRUMPY. It's so hard to see an animal in that condition. We 

We ate at the hotel that night. 

Rod ordered the seafood platter.  I was literally waiting for something on his plate to move!

He said it all had so much garlic on it that he couldn't really taste much more!

Horses

One of Kaylee's favorite things to do when she comes to see us is ride horses. 

My sweet friend, Kelli, lets us come over and ride hers! 

It's such a treat for all these cute girlies!  

 

Claire wasn't so sure she liked to ride the horses . . . 

feeding them sounded like a better idea . . . at least for a minute! 

 

Kaylee LOVES all things horses!

Horse Parade

We always love being a part of our city's celebration, and this year was no exception!

One of our favorite events is the All-Horse Parade. It has become a fun tradition to watch the horses parade down the street, and then go to the Rodeo afterwards. We missed our cute cousin Kaylee this time, so we took pictures of our favorite horses for her!
