Butterfly Biosphere

 Every summer, our cute Canadian cousins come visit and we love finding things to do with them! This year we decided to visit the butterfly biosphere at Thanksgiving Point. We had so much fun trying to convince the butterflies to land on us and just watching them fly around! So many beautiful colors and varieties of butterflies! It was hot and humid inside, but worth it!

Claire was the master butterfly catcher and got two to stay on her at one time!

Fifth Water Hot Springs

Rod and Ty and I decided to hike to Fifth Water Hot Springs! 

It was such a fun hike - even though us old folk can barely keep up with the mountain goat these days!

It was WAY too hot to get in the hot springs, but they were so fun to see!

West Jordan Stampede 2024

Our cute Canada girls wanted to go to a rodeo while they were here visiting this summer.  Vanessa found one to go to in West Jordan - the West Jordan Stampede! We just happened to get tickets on the same night they were recognizing Breast Cancer Awareness and it was a pink out. 

My beautiful sister, Traci, was diagnosed with breast cancer this year, so this meant a lot to all of us. 

We all showed up in pink to honor her and to support those going through this awful disease. 

Camryn and Brantson went up and spent the day with Kaylee, Claire and Lexie to make shirts for the rodeo.  They turned out so cute!

Fourth of July Lake Day!

Spaghetti Factory and Fireflies!

It's a tradition to go to Spaghetti Factory when our cute Canada cousins come into town! 

It's crazy how much these girls have all grown up!

Beautiful Claire and Camryn look the most alike of the girls, expect that Claire is going to be taller than all of us in no time!

We try to find unique things to do while they are here - so we drove to Park City because we heard there was a firefly festival! We didn't even know we had fireflies in Utah!

We found ONE firefly. It was hilarious! We all had a good laugh about it and a great time together!

Luke Combs Concert

Tyleigh and her darling Costa Rica friends got all cowgirled and dolled up to go to the Luke Combs concert! They had an amazing time!
