Maui 2023 (Day 3)

We got up early this morning and worked out - which felt so good!
The views were gorgeous from breakfast and from our balcony!

We signed up to go on a hike in Haiku. Twin Falls Trail was really beautiful, although it felt a little more like a walk than a hike.
Getting up early might have worn him out . . .

Our hiking guide taught us all about so many beautiful flowers, plants and fruits. He had us try breadfruit straight from the tree (YUCK), apple-bananas - which were delicious, a flower, etc. It was really fun to learn about the horticulture there.

Had to take a picture for my girls! Tyleigh loves buses!

There's a place in Utah called Fish Kiss where you pay to have little fish come eat the dead skin off of your feet. We were all standing in this water and all of a sudden, we were covered in the same little fishes! It's kind of an electric sensation!

One of the groundkeepers found this little guy. I was super intrigued, so he let me hold him.

I handed him to Rod - and didn't ask if he wanted to hold him.

Poor guy was just tuckered out today.
We went to the beach by our hotel and relaxed for a while.

We got cleaned up for dinner and went out with Ryan and Jana.

We had to treat ourselves to Maui snow cones afterwards and found this cute sign and bug!
